Dear Mark,
With this email I just wanted to extend a sincere thank you to yourself, and all staff of Starr Partners Parramatta, but most importantly to highlight the great respect and appreciation I have of your Senior Property Manager Mel Simone. Mel is a credit to your organisation. I have found him to be an exceptional customer service oriented professional, who was always available to assist us when we needed. We will indeed miss the services of Mel, however rest assured we will definitely refer friends and family to your business.
