Deserved Every Cent
Dear Mr Hurley,
I am sending a formal thank you that I would appreciate be passed on to the delightful Adam. It is of paramount importance to me that he be acknowledged for the wonderful manner in which he conduct the sale of out townhouse in December 2006.
It was very significant to us that we chose the correct agent as we knew it would be impossible for any face to face contact to take place as we live out of the area.
I rang around to numerous agents in the area to sus out costs etc. From the instant Adam called me back I knew he was the one I wanted to deal with.
He was/is prompt, courteous, reliable and enthusiastic. He kept us well informed of any activity at all times. Adam epitomizes to us what a real estate agent should be like. Unfortunately you are in an industry that has a horrendous reputation. If there were more agents around the conducted themselves like Adam it would be remarkable for vendors and buyers alike.
I know that Adam was hoping to ahcieve the top sales person for the year (rookie award) - I hope he did! Id he didn't I know it won't be far off as he will go a long long way in this industry if he does not succumb to pier group pressure and just stays and works the way he is - which is magnificent!
The agent fee we paid to Adam was a first as I have sold several properties in Sydney myself - ours and friends (I am not an agent). Adam deserved every cent we paid.
I will have no hesitation in recommending Adam what so ever. Congratulations on having such an extraordinary staff member on your team.
