New Home Purchase
Lilly Protic from Starr Partners Parramatta assisted my purchase of a new home. I had been looking for a new Unit that would provide comfortable living and convenience of location. By the time I met Lilly I had seen many unsuitable properties and been subjected to hard sell tactics that told me what I wanted rather than listening to my needs.
Lilly provided a pleasant and refreshing change. She was immediately friendly and personable, listening rather than talking and offering as much help as I needed to find exactly what I wanted. She helped me to better understand my own needs by driving me to a series of pleasant properties in an unhurried tour of areas and locations that would suit me.
She quickly learnt and understood what I wanted and soon introduced me to the home I now live in. She placed herself at my disposal, happy to take calls at any time and very willing to take me back to the unit as often as I wanted in the period before settlement.
Lilly made the experience of buying a new home pleasant and easy. She worked energetically on my behalf and performed a valuable service for the vendor.

Outstanding Property Managers
We have dealt with Starr Partners Parramatta since 2005 and have always been impressed with the high level of service offered not only by our Property Manager Aaron, but also the receptionists and administration staff.
From day one, Aaron was determined to find us a good tenant and make the transition from our past agency as easy as possible. If it weren't for him, the situation would have been extremely stressful for us as the other agency (who will remain nameless) was hopeless. Starr Partners found us a tenant within a week and they are still there today (3 years on).
We would highly recommend Aaron to anyone looking for a Property Manager. He is organised and always returns phone calls which is important to us. Nothing is a problem for him, anything we require to be done gets done.
